Marshal's Most Wanted: Roy Smith

U.S. Marshals need your help to find Roy Smith. Smith has multiple drug charges and a long list of criminal history.

Deputy Christopher Bozeman, US Marshals Service: "In November 2013, Smith was sentenced to 60 months in a Federal Prison on charges involving Conspiracy and Possession with Intent to Distribute Methamphetamine.

Smith was also ordered to serve 5 years of supervised release.

"Smith allegedly violated the conditions of his supervised release, because he was arrested by Bexar County Sheriff's office on charges involving Assault Causing Bodily Injury, but was subsequently released on bond," said Bozeman.

Smith also stopped reporting to his probation officer.

"He also has an extensive criminal history involving forgery, larceny, embezzlement, trespassing and multiple drug charges," said Bozeman.

Roy Smith, 52, is 5'10 and weighs 190 pounds.

His last known address was in Von Ormy.
